These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
If you are a consumer residing in Australia, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of Australia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page. If changes are material, we will notify you as required by law.
Section 23 – Returns and Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return policy for Australian customers.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 30 days with photos/videos. We will provide a free return label or reimburse reasonable costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Australian customers will receive a local return address upon authorization.
Australian Consumer Law Rights:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major, you are entitled to a repair or replacement.
Section 24 – Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 6 hours if unprocessed.
- If your order has not shipped, cancellation may still be possible upon request.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned under our Refund Policy.
Section 25 – Consumer Complaints
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at help@surree.com within 30 days.
We aim to resolve all complaints promptly, fairly, and in accordance with your rights under the ACL.
