Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights.


Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.

How to Return:

Email us at help@surree.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA cannot be processed.

Return Address:

Our authorized return facility is located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The full return address will be provided once your RA is approved.


Return Reasons

  1. Change of Mind
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    • Contact us immediately with photos/video.
    • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
    • A full refund (including shipping) or a replacement will be issued after inspection.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may still return the item under our 30-day return policy.
