Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- A repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This return policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returns & Exchanges
- 30-Day Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number is required.
How to Return:
Email us at help@surree.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA cannot be processed.
Return Address:
Our authorized return facility is located in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The full return address will be provided once your RA is approved.

Change of Mind
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Contact us immediately with photos/video.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
- A full refund (including shipping) or a replacement will be issued after inspection.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours if not yet shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may still return the item under our 30-day return policy.
